Who pays us.

Peptide Association LLC is a for-profit company. You should know who pays us before you take our word for anything.

Most organisations with “Association” in the name are trade bodies: they represent practitioners, and their members are the professionals. We are the other kind. Our members are the people using peptide therapy. Clinicians and pharmacies are partners who serve those members.

We are not an accrediting body, a licensing board, or a government-affiliated organisation. We cannot claim to be independent either, because we are paid by providers we refer to. What we can do is show you the whole arrangement and let you weigh it.

01

Every way we earn

Referral compensation is the only line paid per patient. We are deliberately growing the two lines that are not. You are entitled to hold us to that.

  1. 01

    Referral compensation

    10% of peptide sales

We receive 10% of peptide sales to patients we refer to VOAFIT, the telehealth practice behind every booking button on this site. This is disclosed next to every link that sends you to a provider, at the same size as the surrounding text.

  2. 02

    Memberships

    Paid by members

Members pay us directly for the full protocol library, webinar recordings and regulatory alerts. Member dues are paid by members, so they are the part of our revenue that answers only to members.

  3. 03

    Sponsorships

    Flat fee, not per patient

Pharmacies, suppliers, labs and software vendors pay flat quarterly fees for named placements. Set in advance, never tied to the volume or value of any patient referral, and never able to buy clinical placement.

Who we turned down

Providers and sponsors who wanted to pay us, and why we said no.

PendingThe rejection log is not yet published. We are confirming every entry before it goes live, rather than posting something we would have to correct.

05

What we have refused to sell

Promises are cheap. These are decisions that cost us revenue, and you can verify each one on the site.

  1. 01

We removed the retatrutide purchase path

Retatrutide is investigational, has no lawful US compounding pathway, and we were marketing access to it. We deleted the acquisition section and kept the published research. The page still gets traffic; it no longer converts.

  2. 02

We turned off the consultation button on 250 of 264 compound pages

A compound-specific consultation link appears only for the six FDA-approved compounds our intake can actually propose. Every other profile shows its regulatory status instead of a way to buy. Where the compound is studied for a goal our clinicians evaluate, such as recovery or metabolic health, the page offers a consultation about that goal, and says plainly that the answer may be a different treatment or none.

  3. 03

We took the Outcomes Registry offline

It advertised the largest real-world peptide outcomes dataset in existence. The dataset did not exist yet, so the pages now return a 410 rather than collect sign-ups against a claim we could not support.

  4. 04

We stopped calling ourselves an accrediting body

We are not one. We removed the certification product, the credentialing language, and the verified-provider badge claims. We review licensure against the CMS registry; we do not license, credential, or accredit anyone.

  5. 05

We removed our own countdown timers

Manufactured scarcity on health decisions is manipulation. If a real limit exists, like one sponsor per category per quarter, we will tell you the actual number. If there is no limit, we will not invent one.

06

Holding us to it

If you find a claim on this network you think we cannot support, tell us and we will either source it or remove it. That is the same standard we applied to our own pages, and several of them did not survive it.

Read our editorial policy for how content is researched and reviewed, or contact us directly. Companies interested in flat-fee placements can read the terms on our sponsorship page.
