Editorial Policy & Medical Review
This site publishes information about peptide therapy, including dosing and administration. That is health content people act on, so here is exactly how it gets made, who checks it, and what it is not.
Sourced from primary literature
Peptide profiles summarize published preclinical and clinical research. Every profile links directly to the current indexed literature on PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, and PubChem so any claim can be traced to its source. We do not cite studies we have not read.
Clinically reviewed before publication
Content that describes dosing, administration, monitoring, or contraindications is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it is published, and re-reviewed when the underlying evidence or regulatory status changes.
Dated, and honestly dated
Every clinical page carries a visible last-reviewed date. That date changes when a human actually re-checks the content against current sources — never automatically on deploy. A freshness signal that tracks deploys is not a freshness signal.
Regulatory status stated plainly
Most peptides discussed on this site are not FDA-approved for the uses described. Each profile states its regulatory status — FDA Approved, In Clinical Trials, Investigational, or Research Phase — and does not imply approval it does not have.
Corrections are made in the open
If we get something wrong, we fix the page and update its review date. Material corrections to clinical content are noted on the page. Email hello@peptideassociation.org to flag an error.
Educational, not prescriptive
Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it replaces consultation with a licensed provider who knows your history. We do not prescribe, compound, or dispense.

Funding and independence
Peptide Association earns revenue from memberships, provider network participation, and referrals into our physician and fulfillment network. Providers and pharmacies pay to be listed and to receive referrals. That relationship never determines what a peptide profile says about the evidence, the risks, or a compound's regulatory status — but you should know it exists when reading our provider recommendations. We do not accept payment to alter clinical content.
